Mercure Livingston Hotel

I liked amazing food. Its location was peaceful, not far from shopping centre, train station, and Livingston.

Cheap room with amazing bathroom and hot breakfast. Peaceful and incredible location, right next to the Livingston outlet. Also - short walk to the shops, the centre and a restaurant. The main bar onsite. ...  

Quiet but central location. Only 15 minutes from the airport

The hotel's a little used. Rooms are okay. Corridors and doors would need renovation.

The staff here are great, especially Millie and Levante, who went out of their way to ensure I felt at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, I kept thinking how clean everything was, unlike some other places I've been....

Location, breakfast and dinner a la carte. I ordered a medium cooked steak and first they made it well done, but when I told that I wanted medium cooked they changed it immediately and a new steak was super delicious....  

Had a lovely stay with great facilities like the sauna and pool to wind down after a long day. The Classic Double Room was cozy, though the bathroom vent was a bit noisy, and a few spots could use some sprucing up. I’d say it’s a solid choice for a relaxing getaway! 😊

The staff is friendly. The lobby/bar with fireplace is cosy. The food at the bar is recommended and was freshly prepared for lunch.

Excellent room and facilities for this price range. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was very basic and disappointing considering the other excellent features in the hotel but perhaps to be expected in this price range.

It was convenient for us as we were hospital visiting, near to shops for anything we needed and a quiet comfortable place to come back to with no parking problems. Once we found our way around Livingstons many roundabouts we found everything as we wished!...  

The restaurant served up a lovely buffet breakfast with fresh ingredients, keeping our bellies happy. The friendly bar staff genuinely, always up for a chat! An added bonus was the good engagement from the front desk team, especially with my active little...  

General welcoming atmosphere created by helpful and friendly attitude of all the staff.

The indoor pool area offers a decent space for a quick swim, although it's not exactly Olympic-sized. Location shines with easy access to nearby shopping and outlets.

The hotel feels like it's seen better days with outdated decor that screams '90s nostalgia, along with worn carpets and tired furnishings that could use a refresh. Guests frequently complained about the inconsistent temperatures in the showers. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity add another layer of frustration, especially for anyone looking to get some work done. Noise levels from adjacent rooms and communal areas can disrupt the peace that ideal quiet moment to unwind.
